Neurofeedback is brain training.
Your brain is always producing electrical activity, called brainwaves. When certain brainwave patterns get stuck in stress, over-alert, or fatigue modes, you may feel anxious, unfocused, overwhelmed, or exhausted.
Neurofeedback uses gentle sensors placed on the scalp to read your brain activity (nothing is put into your brain). While you relax and watch a screen, your brain receives real-time feedback and gradually learns healthier, more balanced patterns—much like physical therapy for the brain.
Over time, many people notice:
Your brain does the learning automatically—no effort required.
Biofeedback is nervous system training.
Your body constantly sends signals—heart rate, breathing, muscle tension, and skin temperature—that reflect how stressed or calm you are. Most people aren’t aware of these signals.
Biofeedback uses comfortable sensors to show you these signals in real time. With guidance, you learn simple skills—like breathing or muscle relaxation—that help calm your nervous system on demand.
Over time, these skills become automatic and can help with:
Biofeedback teaches you how to control what once felt uncontrollable.
